Si el sistema presidencialista es tan malo y el parlamentario tan genial, ¿por qué el paso de uno a otro se lo recomiendan exclusivamente a los países pedorros de LA?
Yo sigo creyendo que los problemas de los países a los que les va como a los latinoamericanos no se solucionan con el paso a un sistema parlamentario:
