En EEUU, el estado va a aumentar la cobertura del sistema de salud, brindado mejores servicios a menor precio que el sector privado. Y, como si fuera poco y al mismo precio, lo va a hacer sin aumentar el déficit ni el gasto público:

If the President of the United States could do that, it is hard to imagine what he would do as an encore. Walking on water would be an anticlimax.
